Primary 5 and 6 were excited about their visit from the Dairy Council. The children were able to learn about a balanced diet, getting the right amount of exercise each day and they also took part in a rap. Thank you to the Dairy Council for encouraging us to be healthy and for helping us make the right choices regarding food and exercise.
