Don’t Hog the Hedge!
We have been discovering lots about autumn time and also how many animals ‘hibernate’ during the cold months!
Hattie the hedgehog 🦔 is one of these and she very kindly shared her ‘hedge’ to help keep all her animal friends warm and cosy 💕🦔
We made our very own Hattie using sticks for her prickles and leaves and twigs and pine cones for her cosy bed!
It didn’t stop here .. with the help
our P5 reading buddies .. we went outside and worked in teams to create four ‘hedgehog homes’ for our wooden area … they are very well ‘camouflaged’ … so other animals can’t see them!
It was a lot of fun and Hattie was very, very pleased! 🍂🦔🍂💕
