The children in P5 explored a form of Japanese poetry called the Haiku. They discovered that each Haiku was three lines long; had five, seven and then five syllables on each of the lines and followed a seasonal theme from nature.
Everyone worked hard with their partners to follow the rules of the Haiku and produced some excellent work.
The poems are on display in the school.
