Our teacher is Mrs Harbinson and our classroom assistant is Miss Hay.

P2 is a very busy, fun place to be where we all try our best. We work hard each day, with a lot of our work being completed practically and during Play Based Learning. We love playtime!

During the year our role play areas can change from Our House to a Café, a Castle or Santa’s Grotto.

Throughout P2 during World Around Us, we work on a variety of topics including All About Me, Our Senses, Dinosaurs, Spring, Castles and Knights. It is great learning new things and we particularly enjoy learning and trying to say all the dinosaur names!

We are looking forward to a number of trips this year. We go to The Opera House at Christmas to see the pantomime and visit Carrickfergus Castle and the museum. We particularly enjoy dressing up at the castle!

At Christmas we enjoy learning songs and performing a production with P1. We get really excited as it gets closer to Santa coming!
