Today we were able to hold our annual Sports' Day on our school field. It was fabulous to have such good weather 🌥️ despite the rain which we have been enduring recently.
The junior races 🏃🏃♀️were fun to watch and the determination on the faces of the wee ones was apparent. Such a great atmosphere amongst the kids and adults!
At Eden PS it is so encouraging to see the sportsmanship that our children show alongside their competitive nature and a desire to do their best.
The Senior Sports' Day went well too and the perseverance of some to cross the finish line was such an inspiration. The individual races went well with only a couple of shoes 👟 falling off mid-race. The highlights were the relay races watching the children 👧👦 work as a team in their groups.
Everyone should be so proud of their achievements 🥇🥈🥉 but most importantly it's the taking part that counts. Well done Team Eden! We are so proud of you all.
